Ordering and Pricing

The Ordering Process:

The ordering process can be done in these 3 easy steps...

1. Send me an e-mail to kormanstudio@hotmail.com or call (888)614-7651. Please include your name, type of custom sculpture you're interested in having made, and the date you would need to receive it by . I will then e-mail you a questionaire to get more specific information about your project and a request for reference photos. Once reviewed I will send you a total price for the piece.

2. With your consent I will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to which you can pay by cash, check, paypal/credit card. Once initial payment and reference photos/order form are received allow 2-6 weeks (depending on work load) for the completion of your one-of-a-kind sculpture. I will be in contact with you throughout the process for your input between steps. Once completed and remaining balance is paid the piece will be shipped.

3. RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM SCULPTURE!

Additional Information:

Photo requirements

I can work from most any photo as long as it is clear and has good coloring. Generally for pets if I can get several pictures from different angles (back, front and sides) I'm good to go. If you only have one picture or the quality is questionable I can still make it work but it may affect the likeness.

Likenesses

I make every effort to achieve a likeness that is acceptable to you during the process. You will have an opportunity once prior to hardening to make any structural alterations and once again after the painting of it for any painting adjustments as I will send you photos of it in progress for your approval. Once these checkpoints are past I cannot make any changes so make sure you point out any revisions at the appropriate times. These are not intended to be exact scientific duplicates but rather artistic interpretations from your pictures. Please refer to my galleries, this will show you the level of likeness you can expect with your custom sculpture.

Props

Any item that is addition to the basic sculpture is considered a prop. For pets a bone, favorite toy, etc are examples of props and will incurr extra charges. This will come up during the ordering process and prices will be given on an individual basis.

Shipping and Sales Tax

Domestic and Foreign shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total payment. I send all my work through the USPS and insure items from damage enroute to you. MN state residents will have 7.375% sales tax added to total purchase price.

Return policy

Due to the custom nature of my sculptures I cannot offer any returns or refunds on completed sculptures. However, I work closely throughout the process with you and include your input at different stages of the sculpture so that you can voice any changes that you would like made prior to the following step in the process. If you receive the item damaged you must retain the original packaging to make a claim with the US postal service to recieve the insured amount ( I insure them for the full amount of the sculpture/urn ).
